Ahlan Academy’s CEO and Founder, Johan Ghaus, – often regulates his time around work, family and sports especially golf. Having graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Management from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom – the international education that he experienced inspired him later on to pursue a Masters in Finance at the CASS Business School, City University London.

​He believes that you can’t choose where you come from, but you can choose where you go. This saying has been a motivational drive for him to rise beyond his limits where later on, he then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales (ICAEW) while undergoing a career with the ABG Group in London (now known as Gravita). Being exposed to the international business scene from a young age, he managed to find inspiration from his very own father for being utmost passionate about the education field and upholding a dream to start an education business one day, and his passion to make this happen was highly sparked when he had his own children.
