What will the participants receive for the programme?
The participants will be given the programme kit which includes Ahlan drawstring bag, programme name tag, programme notes, programme folder, basic stationeries and insurance for participation, beneficial knowledge and fruitful life experiences.
I have a 11 years old child can he/she enter
Although the programme is designed for 12 years old. 11 years old can also participate, as long as he/she is able to have basic knowledge of handling themselves in terms of bathing and cleanliness. It should be know problem. It is highly encourage for 11 years old and 7 months which means turning 12 years old to participate. Other than that, we do not recommend, due to huge age gap.
Will my children fit in if they have never been to an overnight camp before?
No worries! Inshaallah they will fit in well as we ensure the quality of the accommodation.
What should I prepare or bring to get my children ready for the camp?
Make sure to prepare sufficient clothing, insect repellent and most importantly mentally for 4 days 3 nights camp that will instil your children Muslim core values and knowledge. List of things required for them to bring will be attached upon registering.
How is security handled during the staycation?
There are several security guards patrolling throughout programme and each activity will be supervised by experienced trainers.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for ADC?
There is a no refund policy for this event. In case of any cancellation, parent/guardian is advised to find a replacement and provide details to us by the 11th of December 2023 at the latest. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Is there a dress code or any specific requirements for attendees?

It is compulsory for both boys and girls to cover their awrah throughout ADC. Hence, wearing hijab for girls is compulsory as it is one of requirement to cover the awrah.
Since this is a mixed-gender camp, how are interactions between genders limited and monitored?
At the very beginning, boys and girls will be in separated groups and we will make sure to keep them supervised throughout ADC.
Are participants allowed to bring phone? If not, can parents or guardians visit or contact their children during the camp?
No gadget allowed in ADC. We will not take any responsibility if anything happened to their gadget during ADC. Parents/guardians can always contact person in charge we assigned in Telegram group.
Why is it located far away from Kuala Lumpur?
This is because, locations that can provide huge space is limited in Kuala Lumpur. In addition to that, we would love to also add new knowledge which is the guide to Salah Traveloka, where the session will be focusing more on learning the topic of salah of a traveller in detail. Since the name is explore, Ahlan would like to explore new places and spaces for the programme. So that, it will help bring the participants out of their comfort zone.
